- Static structure, maybe; static content?  No good.  Google rewards freshly updated sites with high natural search rankings.

- &quot;put your contact information in the header on every page.&quot;  This screams &quot;bargain basement&quot; website.  Putting your contact information in the header on every page is like wearing a &quot;CALL ME!!!&quot; tee shirt with your number emblazoned on the front.  It smacks of lowbrow desperation.</description>
